Because part of it hasn't been realized yet (the pick and cap space to sign an
FA), and the players that we got have to be fully incorporated into the team
before they can produce up to their capabilities.  
Like DA was saying in the papers, it's 70 cents on the dollar right now, it
could be $1.40 or even $2 in the future. Of course, DA could be wrong, but
there's no logical fallacy here.
