weei summary from ESPN message boards

Ainge views Walker as a 3rd or 4th player on a championship team about 12 and
8 a game. Likes Lafrentz because he can block shots, shoots a high %, and can
spread the floor. Thinks that they take a small step back in the beginning of
the year while they get used to each other, but will be as good as last year.
Obie had no objections and he did talk to Pierce

Ainge: Walker had bad shot selection and was a bad shooter. Ouch Didn't see
Pierce and Walker taking us to a championship. Ainge says that even if Walker
went out and scored 20 and 10 many teams still wouldn't want him per his
conversations. Believe in building at the Center and PG positions. Thinks Raef
will be a consistant scorer and could be like Chief. Ainge feels Raef is a 3rd
or 4th player on a team like Parrish was, but you can't win without him.
Thinks he has more to his game than he should in Dallas. Good post up game.

Walker is a "clubber" player, needs the ball in his hands. Also he talked to
Pierce before trade but wouldn't elaborate on what Pierce said. Sounded like
Pierce was in favor and Ainge doesn't want throw him under the bus with Toine.
Obrien was def. in favor
