They have the potential to be one of the all-time great teams, but there are
some big ifs. Payton and Malone want to run, but Shaq and Kobe want to
grind. I watched Payton make one great pass after another last night, and
the only guy that was ready to catch it was Malone. They are beautiful to
watch on the break. Kobe doesn't want to run and Shaq can't. Time will tell
how it all plays out.
