Carlisle and/or SilasRe: That was fast

What if both or one of them, Carlisle or Silas, don't get jobs. Ithink Ainge 
should bring them in either as assistants or scouts in case O'Brien doesn't 
workout in the future. Bring back some of the Celtics past to help put this team 
back together and help teach the players how to work and develop together 
better. Just some ideas.
