I think they got this conclusion, which also raised my eyebrows a bit, when 
Chris Wallace stated a while ago that he believed four foreigners and couple of 
high schoolers will be taken before the Celts pick which allows them to 
conceivable get like one of the top 10 college players. That also  had me 
concluding that Wallace was concentrating only on college players. However, since he is 
just getting coffee for DA now, his opinion will be diluted....
