So, whom or who will the Celtics draft?

Well, if they're both smart and prudent, the Celtics will come out
of this draft with one or two terrific players, who will have zero
affect
on both the salary cap and the Celtics record.   At least for next
season.

That's right, the Celtics best draft bet is to select foreign players
and let them continue their development overseas, thereby freeing up
a couple of million in cap overload and increasing the likelihood
of Wyc and the trust-fundees allowing Ainge to use their trade
exception in a deal for a point guard.

Sounds very very good to me.
