Ainge came on board so late in the drafting/scouting process, that they
need Wallace's and Papile's and their scouts scouting info, especially
on foreign players.  With the draft so deep this year with International
Players, Wallace's and the scouts on-scene exposure to them is
invaluable.

Now it will be up to Ainge to filter Wallaces/Papile's and their scouts
reports, and to choose which individual talents to bring in for
workouts. Not all of the International Players will be at the Chicago
Pre-Draft Camp, but many will appear at team workouts.  And then there
are those, who will be occupied with various tournaments in Europe, who
won't be able to be in the U.S. That's where those scouting reports will
be invaluable.

And secondly, they may be trying to jack up Wallace's/Papile's value to
recoup a draft choice.  This is the year with thhe foreign player depth,
that you'd like to have a quality secound rounder, as you can draft a
quality International player, and let them develop on their home turf.
