RE: red head

Last time questions about the GM postion came up Danny Ainge put his hand
up. I remember the him saying the first thing he would do is trade Walker.

Wasn't Cowens' coaching the Hornets before Paul Silas?
Didn't he have problems with Mason? I can't remember
but some anger issues and player attitudes?

Second, wasn't Cowens also begging ML to be the coach
back when Walker was drafted? Provide Walker
discipline in his game? Again, I can't remember the
exact details, perhaps someone else can. If I am
right, isn't it bit too late for Cowens' to come in?
Isn't the team too "established" to be redone by
Cowens if he does become the next coach.

Also, if Wallace gets the boot, who is going to
replace him? Any suggestions? Plus who would want to
GM the Celtics? The GM really has to be
"strong-willed" with his decisions because, as someone
on here put it, the Brain-Dead Trust, will constantly
second-guess him/her. Whether or not we knew about
Tony Parker or Jamal Tinsley, I don't think we can
afford to allow Mr. Auerbach to chose a pick for us,
no matter how successful he was in the past, and how
many picks we have.

Opinions?
