stock be rising? 

- How would Seattle be in a position to
evaluate him?

- Will Orlando take Banks over Gaines?
If so, then do the Celtics take Gaines? 
That's seems a strong possibility.

- Okay, so Seattle takes him at 12, do picks 13 to 16
then follow as: Pavlovic, Cook, Gaines, and Carbakapa?
Seems likely. Then, at 20, the Celtics trade out/down/best 
high-schooler?
