A different sort of numbers game....

I have a question that leads me to wonder how the process is conducted by 
the Celtics--that of choosing player numbers.  I was originally looking to 
see what numbers the rookies had, so I could update the CBW, but what I 
heard conflicted with what was already being used by other players.

So, the immediate question is, does anyone know for certain which 
numbers--if any--have been assigned; and the overall questions is, how does 
that process generally work.

It'll make a cool addition to the CBW FAQ and Myth-Debunking section.  :>))
