Wallace Spent A Month in Europe For This!

Folks,
The International Players on the Celtics Summer League roster are a
disgrace:
Bogdan Karelin, Martin Muursepp, Kornel David, Sotiris
Karapostolou (whose name they couldn't even spell right and who played
at the University of Southern New Hampshire) are the Never Ready For
Prime Time Players. While other clubs exploit the Euro Market, the
Celtics seem to stick their collective heads in the sand. They take the
Kris Clacks; teams with better scouting draft the Ginobillis.

And we may have seen a Clack/Ginobilli reoccurence in the last draft.
Perhaps Brandon Hunter will be the next Malik Rose, if he can even make
the Celtics roster. But it looks like Detroit with the 58th pick
took a much better prospect in Andreas Gliniadakis.

However, the real star of the late second rounders looks to be Nedzad
Sinanovic, drafted by Portland with the 54th pick, and someone the
Celtics should have traded up for. It will be a shame if the Celtics
foreign scouting let them down once again in the draft,
and didn't present Ainge with the pertinent information (or Ainge chose
to disregard it).

With the Celtics resources so limited, they can't afford
bypass quality players, wherever they're from.
