A mid-season report card for the Celtics

   Tonight is the 2003 NBA All-Star Game, so that means we're at the 
unofficial halfway mark of the season.  And, as any SouthCoast school kid 
can tell you, it's report card time.  As a team, the Celtics are currently 
27-22, just one game behind last year's pace.  They're second in the 
Atlantic Division, and currently hold a two-game lead over Milwaukee for 
fourth place in the Eastern Conference.  In effect, they're on course to 
make the playoffs, and perhaps even win a round or two.  However, looking 
away from the numbers and at the team itself, things are getting scarier by 
the day.  This team is definitely unbalanced,
