Re: [Celtics' Stuff ] "No one lamented the passing of Kedrick Brown..."-Globe

It is very irresponsible, plain dumb, and Walkerish for Peter May to
insinuate that Danny is purposely try to screw up things for Obie so he can coach the
team. If he wanted to do that, he could have fired Obie at the start of the
season. He is at a level above coaching now. Why would he want to take on that
extra responsiblity? Did Peter May really think that PP was going to continue
to play at the Eastern Conference player of the week level for the rest of the
season? I think that is what May got caught up into. Were we as bad as the
team that lost 8 of 10? No. Were we as good as the team looked that won five in a
row? No. Funny, the same guys that complained about losing Walker's scoring
are the same guys who complain about losing "chemistry" when Danny brings in
scoring.....

I am really interested if Mihm can really do the face the basket power
forward shooting that I am hearing about....

<< But as O'Brien reminded everyone Monday, Ainge has the final authority.
And Ainge is going to use that authority to make the moves he wants to
make. If the coach doesn't like it, too bad.

It's amazing, but you do hear from people around the league that Ainge
is doing this for the sole purpose of eventually replacing O'Brien
himself. Ainge has denied such motives repeatedly, but the story, like
him biting Tree Rollins (it was the other way around), is out there and
 won't go away. >>
