Ainge and PP catching on, Trees still in the way for Obie

This is humerous. In two articles in the Herald today, both PP and Ainge
attribute the problem being not involving Vin Baker in the offense. Yet when Obie
is asked, he says it is details, transistion defense, giving up offensive
rebounds etc. This continues to show that Obie doesn't get it. Harter's defense
requires all players to be performing as one unit with high energy and if a
player becomes dispirited because they aren't getting anything on offense and
doesn't give 100% on the defensive end, the whole defense collapses. It is really
a hit and miss defense (kind of like the Pitino full court press) where if it
works, it really works and if he doesn't, you get killed but takes full
commitment and high energy.

At any rate, Obie never has valued the contribution of Vin as an offensive
force and the link between successful offense and spirited defense. But at least
it is comforting that PP and Ainge know the problem. Now the question is that
PP can to this conclusion on his own or was he "coached" by
Ainge??????????.....
