Once again, the USA plays with it's food...

You'd think Canada, at least, would get a LITTLE respect from the US 
team.  but nope, team USA spotted our northern neighbors a 28-21 lead at 
the end of the first, before unleashing a devastating 30-11 second quarter, 
followed by 31-20 and 29-12 scoring burst in the final quarters.

The details are yet unavailable, but the quarter frames alone lead me to 
believe the US was lazing it up on the defensive end again.
