Drafting A Power Forward

The problem with drafting a prototypical power forward
is that O'Brien and Walker negate the concept. As long as O'Brien and
Walker are around, Antoine will man the PF spot and any prototypical
PF draftee would not be developed by O'Brien. They'd either be
vanquished to the bench or played out of position at center. So, it
would
be a waste of a pick.

Nope, if the C's draft a PF, he will have to be atypical in nature,
complimenting Toine's unique and annoying skill set of being a perimeter

power forward, by being able to guard small forwards on defense and
being used as a low post option on offense.

And that my friends negates draftees like Collison, Sweetney, and
Austin.
Simply not quick enough or too bulky to guard small
forwards. Instead the C's would do best to concentrate on draftees
like Anderson Variejao, Tiago Splitter, and Rony Turiaf. They all
possess
the necessary charateristics to compliment Toine, and one
of them should be available by a trade upwards.
