Fear And Loathing in Celtics Nation

The Celtics took the tardus back to the Jim O'Moron glory years of
2001 - 2002, but unfortunately landed smack dab right in front of the
New
Jersey Nets, who demolished Gang Green once again. Not surprising, as
New Jersey unlike Boston, has a legitimate center and point guard.

Your Cousin Vinnie

The Vinnie -- comming of the bench, playing center instead of PF, with
little or
no plays run for him, and no PG on the team to get him the ball -- is
proving
to be a disaster.

If You Can't Run The Ball Or Stop Other The Team From Running, You Don't
Win In
The NFL

And if you can't rebound or stop the other team from rebounding,
you don win in the NBA. Which is why the Celtics remind me of the
Patriots.

It Doesn't Add Up

And that would be the Celtics point guards. The woefulness of the
Boston PGs just stand out more when they have to play against someone
like Kidd. And I don't care how many three-pointers they make, none of
them are NBA quality PGs. Williams and Delk aren't PGs, and Bremer
is barely one.

Willywonka. Why?

Paging Demos Dikoudis. Really, does Wallyworldski really deserve a
roster spot?

As Dominant As The Nets Looked Against Boston

There still several teams in the West that would clean their clocks, and
a few in
the East that may do so.

There Should Be No Question

Barring injuries to Kidd or Mutumbo, there's little doubt of New
Jersey's
supremacy over the Celtics present roster. Now, if the C's could get a
lergitimate NBA PG and improve the center spot, things could change
dramatically.
