I don't think they ever advertise the pre-season games.  You just have to
tune into NBA League channels (721 and up) when the games start and hope
that they appear.  They are not "officially" part of the league pass.  It's
icing on the cake that I have gotten very used to, so I hope they have the
pre-season games again this year.
