p.s. I agreed with much of your contrarian post on Paul 
Gaston, at least the part about the new owners. Its still 
not clear who'd be liable for the luxury tax this year. I 
assume it the new owners (as a condition of sale), not 
Gaston, who is being cheap. He'll be long gone by the 
time the luxury tax is calculated.
