- Paul Pierce is Persona Non Grata, as regards the next
American Olympics Hoop team, says Vecsey.
Pierce needs to stop bitching at George Karl
and examine his own actions, which will prevent
him from playing in the Olympics.

- C's new ownership is trying to finalize the sale of the club this
year, as
they save $10 million in doing so. And says Will McDonough, they've
nearly reached their quota of peripheral investors.

- Zach Randolph is getting some time in Portland and playing well.
I, of course, have been a big believer in the Zackster.

- Jonathan Bender finally seeing some minutes with the Pacers.
Seems to be a year away from emerging. Good shotblocker.

- Who said Jason Terry can't be a PG?  Having a terrific season
and racking up the assists.

- A model for what Kedrick Brown could be is a middle class Ron Artest,
but as Coach
Jimbo has said, Kedrick's out of the rotation this season due to the
ankle injury.
That may change however, as the losses pile up, then O' Brilliant may be
forced
to play Brown and Baker, shaking the tree of desperation.

- Vin Baker: $54 million =  6.4 points, 4.3 rebounds.
   Shawn Kemp: $1.4 million  = 6.3 points, 4.8 rebounds.
