Thanks to Boston Sports Media Watch for pointing this out....

I like (AM 1510 general manager) Mike Kellogg, but the network is in
trouble financially. (Sporting News Network owner) Paul Allen has closed
more businesses in the last thirty months than he has opened.

They are laying people off. Good luck to AM 1510, but they cant
compete. The salaries they are paying are unbelievable. I just dont see
it happening and I didnt want to be a part of that.

Tirrell says he also had content issues on Celtics Rewind. After that
horrible Game 3 between the Celtics and Pistons (66-64 Celtics victory
in the Eastern Conference Semis), I went on the air and said, This game
set the NBA back fifty years.

The Celtics called Kellogg and told him that they wanted me to be more
of a cheerleader. Kellogg literally watched over me for the rest of the
show. How can I be a cheerleader when they played as bad as they did?

With that, Tirrell went from The Zone to the end zone.
