The replay should be coming at 1 am your time. It does sound like somebody
screwed up. It think the way it works is off of your card. That's how they
know what channels you should get. The times I've called they usually say
something like give me a minute while I reset your card. Then they ask is
your channel on. By that time it is. And it always seems to happen just when
something I wanna watch is about to come on.
