Too many guns, too many horses.

Antoine was the man, for the first quarter. What did he have 15 points
and amazingly the ref's got him to the line a few times? Someone must have
told the new guy though, because his trips were few after that, even though
he continues to get whacked and hacked on every approach to the basket.
It was Tony Delk, from no-where, lighting it up for 15, mostly in the
second quarter, to keep us in the lead while Paul and Kenny sat, with two
early fouls each.
In the second half, Paul rode the wave, particularly down the stretch.
Paul was also a monster on the boards. Antoine had one rebound through three
quarters.
Our defense was swarming all game. Kenny, Paul, Tony and Eric, all got
their hands on the ball and we just killed them on the boards.
Delk came in for Anderson midway in the third and our 15 point lead
evaporated. Kenny came back and pretty much controlled the offense from then
on.
Did you see Stackhouse give Pierce an elbow to the jaw, on the left wing?
It sure looked deliberate to me.
Erick Strickland did not play again and Walter only got token minutes.
We're pretty much a 7 man team at this point. I wonder what will happen when
Vitaly comes back, hopefully if we get by Detroit, because we are going to
need some toughness against what surely will be N.J.? Jersey really beat up
Charlotte on the boards today.
I think we win the next one in Detroit. I hate to get too cocky, but I
think we've figured out how to score on them, but not vice versa. Their
starters, on the bench. looked very dejected, as the scrubs played the last
minute or so. Dana Barros drove the lane, for a bucket, but looked silly
trying to get in Pierce's face, going back up the floor, when Paul and every
one else in the joint was just looking to let the clock run down
Round four; O'Brien vs Carlisle- O'Brien.
