I'm really, really, really hoping that these Wallace comments are a mere
smokescreen....

I'm intrigued by Gadzuric too.  But as I've said seemingly every year
(with the exception of the year the Cs had Fortson), the Cs desperately
need someone tough.  That's why it's so hard to envision giving up
Strickland (part of me would prefer to ship Kenny, perhaps as part of a
package with V and/or Forte, to the Clips in exchange for Olowokandi
and/or pick(s) -- but then who trains Cook?).  

I readily confess that (a) I don't watch a lot of college basketball, (b)
I don't know anything from any of these foreign players and (c) I was
happy when the Cs drafted Acie Earl.  (I'm still trying to get over that
one.)  That doesn't stop me from forming an opinion, though -- I would
like to see the Cs pick up either Sam Clancy or Lonny Baxter.
