This is not a term I invented or even use. I only included it because it's the
common usage term for gynecomastia that most people recognize. Although you
obviously did not. 
I don't even know why I waste my time replying to you - you seem to be one of
those people that can't be bothered to listen/read any argument or opinion that
they disagree with. This explains your didactic tone and reference to
half-witted "steroids experts" on the Web, and your need to post about your
trashing of my post. Very classy.
