draft pick from Moiso trade?

Does anyone know about the specific conditions of the 1st round draft pick
we got from the 76ers in the Moiso/McLeod trade?

In a later trade involving Charlotee and GS, the 76ers are reported to have
given a conditional 2005 draft pick.

If that's the case, does that mean that the conditions probably mean
lottery protected for 2003, but no protection in 2004?  So if Philadelphia
does not make the playoffs this season, which looks like a reasonable
possibility now, we could have ourselves an extra unprotected 1st round pick
in 2004??
