Re: Still cranky.

As someone else mentioned this team is made up of a bunch of tweaners. Guys
that can't play the point, and aren't big enough or lack the perimeter game
for the 2 spot, guys that are too slow to play the 3 spot, but to short or
not physical enough to play the 4 spot, and guys either too slow or not
physical enough to play the 5 spot. We needed a scoring 2, (or defensive 3
if Pierce moves to the 2. Richard Jefferson?) some point help, and a
physical low post presence. The good teams will take advantage of this
every night. Nowitski goes for what 23 boards? The Celtics have to lead the
league the last couple of years in giving up 20+ rebound games to guys.

The jury will be out on whether Delk and Cook can solve 2 of our problems

As far as Johnson, from draft day on I always expected the draft was to
give the C's some trade value. Only time will tell whether this was a good
move. From what I saw, although not as athletic, Johnson had better court
sense than Brown. The only thing I have seen from Brown is his jumping
ability. Only time will tell on him, but he reminds me of a Jerome Kersey
type. Hopefully he will get some time to mature.
