Forget Kedrick...

Jim O'Brien is a "veterans" coach. The trade of Joe Johnson is going to
ruin Kedrick's chance to play. He may get to start 2-3 more games, but
O'Brien's depth chart will quickly become:

 C: Battie/Potapenko
PF: Walker/McCarty
SF: Williams/Rogers (or vice versa)
SG: Pierce/Strickland,Delk,Brown,Forte
PG: Andreson/Strickland,Delk

So, before too long, Kedrick will be competing with Delk and Strickland
for minutes BEHIND Paul Pierce. Eventually, he will be traded to a team
that will actually ...gasp.... use him.

The Celtics have been spoiled by a good half season. They are going to
keep trading picks and picking up mediocre vets, and eventually we will
look back and wonder why they never got any better.
