FW: [Celtics' Stuff Re: FW: Hope for the future provided that certain people realize it

Great post DJ. Here's a reply from PScottman, after I re
posted it to "Celticsstuff." I'm glad someone is still "hopeful." I agree,
just watching Kedrick could make the season fun.
My question: Do you think that O'Brien tinkered with Harter's
basic, no frills, defensive package during the long week of practices? It
seems that the focus has changed, with more doubling and trapping. Not as
much as Pitino used, but it doesn't seem like Harter's basic one-on-one.
Do you think O'Brien was jealous? I wish he'd have done more with
the offense, than space the three point shooters. This style may kill Joe
Johnson's all around game. It can be blamed for lowering Eric Williams'
value and ruined any chance that Walter might develop his skills, around the
basket, or running the wing.

Amen brother. You hit all the points we here have debated these past
few days. The gimmick, the athletes, the finishing. BTW I just looked
at the box score. a 7-20 and an 8-20 by the "stars" and a nice high
percentage effort by Palacio. I bashed him yesterday...so of course
last night he proves me a liar. ARGH. I predicted 1-4 on this
roadie...I'd thought the Wiz were the 1...so what does that tell me?
