on Strickland

I wrote earlier that I have always appreciated his game. He played tough, smart basketball for Dallas in limited minutes. But I don't see much point in his being the third point and or 2 guard off the bench. But he would be good insurance if Kenny went down. A lefty, he brings real intensity with the minutes he gets.

So far, Kenny has looked about as good as we can expect. Milt has his moments, but why race the ball up the court only to skirt around and dribble it between your legs for ten seconds; I have a real problem with that. Still, Milt is better that before. The obvious problem is that Forte should get the minutes. Give 12-15 minutes a game, we could soon forget Milt and be preparing Kenny's real replacement.

A possible scenario: Kenny is traded for a pf type and Strickland is the starter with Forte getting good minutes. As of now, we would miss Kenny, but it would be a good move.

Hoping for better shot selection; come on, coach, be the man.
