Melonheaded again!

I swear history does repeat itself year after year
with Antoine Walker.  The guy is not a 3 point shooter
but yet he hoists up more 3's than the team's
designated 3 point shooter Pierce.  Goddamn it, he
shot 2 of 11 from 3 point land last night against a
mediocre Nets team.  What is this guy's problem? 
You'd think after he bricked his 5th straight 3
pointer that he'd get it through his thick melon head
that he should stop shooting from out there and do
something productive like get an offensive rebound. 
At one point when the Celts cut it down to 3 in the
3rd quarter (76-73) what does that ballhogging bum do?
 He launches another 3 point brick.  I almost threw my
remote at the television.  3rd quarter and only down
by 3 and the idiot is still trying to heave up a 24
footer.  Granted the free throw shooting hurt the C's
(especially Kenny's but those were his first free
throws of the night) but shooting 6-29 like Walker did
is unacceptable.  Everyone else was shooting the ball
rather well last night and out of Walker's 9 missed
3's and 14 missed 2 point shots, I am sure the rest of
the team could have produced at least 10 points if
they had shot the ball instead. It's damn near
pathetic that he's getting paid the max to continually
shoot like this.  And don't tell me that last night
was some sort of a fluke.  There's a reason why his
career FG percentage is so dismal.  
Walker should get his giant head out of his ass and
realize that he doesn't have to score 30 points a game
to be an All-Star.  Just look at Antonio Davis last
season.  He's not even averaging 20 points a game but
he does what it takes to win the game, be it a rebound
or tough defense.  Unless Walker improves his shot
selection, the C's will yet again miss the playoffs.
