Doug,
No, Tinsley is a pure point of the kind that is born and not made,
but teams are scared off by his perceived lack of athleticism and 
scoring prowess.  They see "Jacuqes Vaughn" written all over him,
or "Sherman Douglas."  No doubt if Mark Jackson were coming out this
year, he wouldn't go in the lottery either.  I wouldn't mind us taking
this guy with the 21st pick; otherwise, I am hoping for Ousmane Cisse.

    I admit to being far less of a draft junkie than many of you, so this 
might be a very foolish question, but here goes.
     Is Tinsley a point guard?  Or is a a short 2 guard who might be able to

play point?  (See, e.g., Chauncy Billups, Allen Iverson, Dee Brown to use 
three examples.)  If we are going to draft a point guard, let's get a real 
one!
