   **************    I suspect the fixer is Falk. If Jordan is still on the fence, this may push him in. Atlanta gets the reward for trading Dekembe to Philly and the Clips get another boost, to provide that second team in L.A. that the league wants.    The only question I have, is what does Falk have on Stern?    Why do they hold this lottery behind closed doors? It smells too bad?
