C's May Be Interested in one of the Two Top Rated PGs in the Draft

According to Peter May, Jamal Tinsley and 19 year-old
Tony Parker of France, are the two highest rated point
guards in the draft, and the Celtics may have interest
in Parker, whose agent decided to let him apply for
the draft,  because the two Williams stayed in school.
Parker speaks fluent English, so there's no language
problem.

Interesting note on Tinsley, May says he's projected
mid to late first. Hey, he could be available at 22
too.
