05/07-EARLY CELTIC DECISIONS- The C's have shored up their front office
situation, and now they are starting their draft reviewing process. In
speaking with media Jim O'Brien said a few things that came as somewhat of a
shock...1st- He is planning for Kenny Anderson to be with the C's next year,
despite rumors that both the C's and Kenny have agreed to explore trading
him....#2- Antoine Walker will likely continue at the PF spot, rather than
the SF, meaning the draft focus may not be at the PF spot, but more the
2guard or SF spot. The word is they want a scorer in the draft. For the
Celtics there has been talk of packaging their 3 draft selections in the 1st
round to move up, and there has also been talk of dealing a pick for future
consideration, if needs can be met and filled with early selections, meaning
they may move a pick on this year for a future pick next year.
