swap for #1?



Cap-wise a swap of Antoine for the Wiz's #1 and Rip Hamilton could be worked
out. The Wiz will actually be below the cap once they buy out Richmond's
contrct (team option) but we don't know what the cap will be yet so we don't
know how below the cap they will be. Washington can also send along soon to
be expiring contracts of Nesby (3.26 mil, exp '02) and Loy Vaught (5.162
mil, exp '03) to balance the deal if necessary. I would imagine that Jordan
would want the 11 pick back to snag Tinsley, whom he apparently covets. That
might be a bit much given that we are the ones giving up the established
star even if we are moving up 9 spots.
