The article intrigued me with all the Shawn Marion comparisons. But I took
a look at Shawn Marion's college stats at UNLV: 18.7 ppg, 9.3 rpg, almost
two blocks per game, over two steals per game. For Jefferson, 11.3 ppg, 5.4
rpg, 0.8 bpg, 0.8 spg. I know that Jefferson plays for a better team
against better competition, but then again, didn't Moiso have pretty
similar stats for a deep UCLA team? I really don't know much about college
basketball, but that draft report seems to hype a guy as a huge future NBA
star when he doesn't even seem like a dominant college player after his
junior year. Am I missing something?
