Can't let this go without addressing the Pitino-Walker issue. Pitino asked
Toine to bulk up to play power forward. He didn't. He asked him to slim down
to play small forward, he didn't. He asked him to post up more and drift to
the perimeter less. He didn't. He asked him to think pass before shot. He
didn't.

To compound all this, Toine clearly is the leader of the team. The other
players look to him and feed off of him. When he ignores everything the
coach says and gets away with it (THAT was Pitino's big mistake), then they
follow suit.

Pitino hitched his wagon to the wrong star.
