With all due respect to my buddy Bentz, what small comparison there may be
between the Glove and Rider is certainly offset by Payton's intense desire
to succeed and win.  He is still in the top 3 defensive guards in the game
and he knows how to run a fast break.

I know we want to have exemplary citizens on our team but hey folks...take a
look around and each team has its share of headcases.

Would I rather have Payton than Anderson?  You bet your sweet bippy I would!
Does Payton have an attitude problem?  Yep, so what?  Does he excel at
running a basketball team?  Is that not the bottom line?  Would he make us a
better team offensively and defensively?  Without question.  Can we get him
without giving up Pierce or Walker?  Who knows.  But it is worth the phone
call to ask!
