Magic Want To Package Their 3 Firsts For A Top Five Pick

04/26-MAGIC LOOKING FOR TOP 5 PICK- The NBA held its tie-breakers live
on NBA.com TV, the outcome benefited a number of teams including the
Orlando Magic, which by virtue of Dallas' win of the tie, received the
14 (their own), 19 (New York's) and 23 (Dallas'). Magic GM John Gabriel
said he has every intention of trying to package all 3 picks to move
high into the 1st round at least top 5 according to sources, more likely
top 3 given who'll likely select there. Gabriel said if he could not
find a deal, he would pay the "pick debt" owed to Houston from the Steve
Francis trade, and send them the #19 pick. The Magic have made it clear
they will look exclusively at big men and point guards in the draft.

(Imagine McGrady, Hill, Miller, and a top five pick. C's better trump
them on their deal. 10, 11, and 21 for a top five pick....)
