A good measure of offensive efficiency would be Points-per-100-Shots
 (Total Points times 100 divided by Field Goals Attempted).
It recognizes shooting percentage, mix of 2- and 3-pointers, and getting to
the line.

As a team, the 00/01 Celtics averaged 120, while their opponents averaged
124.
