A different aspect of this trade could be the salary cap considerations.
Stith is in the last year of his contract, is that true for Herren also? I
know that Chaney has two years left on his contract, so abou 1 - 1.5 million
of cap room seems to have been cleared up there. It seems that with the
trades that have been made this year, the common theme has been a little bit
of cap relief at the end of this season. It seems that we should have enough
money to sign at least one mid to high caliber free agent next year, does
anyone have a projected total on the cap room that we will have next year?
