I don't get it. These players are HIS players. He had Walker at Kentucky etc.
Everybody here he went out and got.
A great coach gets his players to develop a team mindset and play smart. Do the
Celtics play  like a great coach has given them some team direction? It is
clear he has no control over his own guys.I've been a pro-Pitino guy for over
three years now.but reality has finally revealed the truth behind the
reputation and the slick self-promotion and "how to succeed" books.

Well maybe you should say that Pitino is a great "college coach" rather than a
great basketball coach, cause he has sure been a failure in the pro ranks.
