Reluctant on Pierce

I'm really reluctant to roll the dice with Pierce.  I think he brings
us an excellent, long-term 2/3 that would be hard to replace.  Indeed,
if we traded him, we would be without any outside shooters--thus
needing two.  At present, we can add a decent two guard and shore up
that area.
