I remembered Orlando having 2 no.1 draft in a row (shaq & penny) and they created a rule against such thing happening again.. so the Bulls can't pick no.1, isn't it? and with Kenyon Martin "hinting" not playing in a Bull uniform due to minutes and E Brand, I think this creates lotsa "trade" oportunities. kevin
