"we need outside shooting ..." alexanda was there, why
didn't we? we got to take somebody where we need to
play Walker at PG? yikes!
I can't still accept the fact that we threw away 2
(high) 2nd round picks for a European shooter who
(1)can't play NBA defense (which is our most urgent
need) (2)will he make the cut? (most 2nd rounders
usually don't). Why couldn't they have added the
Sonics other 2nd rounder (where they picked Big O2). I
think we were begging for the trade.
I have lost all confidence in the
Wallance/Papile/Pitino team in trades/talent
evaluations. All I want now is for them to stop any
trades.

exactly my sentiment. We could also have play the
poker game with Nellie and snag his future picks.
Somehow, I get the feeling the whole league is
screwing Pitino/Wallace in trades by avoiding them or
giving them scrub value in return.

Remember the last trade - Fortson for Alvin
Williams/Sean Marks?

Mark, Pitino really broke my faith time and time again
with such terrible bonehead moves. Close your eyes for
a moment and imagine, some other team have Moiso and
we have Alexanda .... don't you think it solves our
need at SG and we have more flexibility?
If Alexander is a Celtic now, I know you would not say
"no defense, selfish and thug" but rather "great
shooter, can learn defense from great teacher Pitino,
matured from crime, and that was 3 years ago and he
stay in school"

We are just trying very hard to stay positive being
Celtic loyalists.

Track record of Pitino with the Celtics is he
couldn't/didn't bring out the potential of his players
namely AW/Pot/Batgirl/Bowen/Mercer/Billups. Moiso good
potential, but wrong team/coach. where to find the
minutes, too!

Could we petition the Cs to stop Pitino from trading
further?

could you elaborate further the difference?

Battie also 6-11, runs well, can block shots, also
240lbs. Pitino not coaching/utilising Batgirl
correctly. Coach's fault.

I feel the same way looking at what we can offer. Just
why don't other teams trade with us????

Couldn't we have find some "cheaper" SG? We were high
on Jeff Sheppard last year didn't we? We could have
just given them 1 pick + Ben Pepper, couldn't we?
Next year's draft is big on big man and we may need
all our picks to do a "Mike Ditka-Ricky Willams" thing
to secure our Big Man for the next 10 years.

Mark, you are looking thru green tinted glasses. The
only reason I can think of why Pitino is saying this
is to justify his drafting of another PF and finding
the minutes for him.

All i want now is for Pitino/Wallace to stop trading.
thanks for reading.
