Denver and Utah trade

espn.com has reported that Utah has traded the 26th pick in the first round
for one of Denver's first round picks next year. Denver had previously
acquired 2001 first round picks from Cleveland and Phoenix and Utah will get
the lower of those two (Pheonix 20+?). So Denver will be left with
Cleveland's and its own but I assume their own is really ours. Is that the
thinking on the board? I like our chance of being in the lottery next year
because I don't think Denver can crack the top 8 in the West next year.
Let's not discuss whether we will have two lottery picks next year or
not..........
