My *final* mock draft

Hey y'all,

Heres my final mock draft.

#1 - New Jersey - Kenyon Martin - consensus #1 overall pick. Health
concerns have Nets looking to trade Martin to the Clippers for #3 and a
future #1

#2 - Vancouver - Stromile Swift - my pick for best player in the draft,
the Grizzlies could become a surprise packet next season with Swift,
Rahim, Dickerson and Bibby as a quartet.

#3 - L.A. Clippers - Darius Miles - The Clippers will go the
sign-and-trade route with Maurice Taylor, possibly to the Grizzlies for
Othella Harrington or to Detroit for Christian Laettner. Miles has as
much upside as anyone in the draft and teamming with Lamar Odom will
give the Clippers a dynamic duo.

#4 - Chicago - Joel Pryzbilla - Disappointed with Mihm's poor workout
the Bulls take Pryzbilla instead.

#5 - Orlando - Chris Mihm - He might be soft, but the Magic will be
happy that he fell into their laps

#6 - Atlanta - Marcus Fizer - the member of the elite six who
unfortunately drop to the 6th spot - Atlanta wont be upset with his lack
of height as he gets to play alongside Mutombo.

#7 - Chicago - Jamal Crawford - Chicago take Crawford and will send him
with #24 to Portland for Jermaine O'Neal.

#8 - Cleveland - DerMarr Johnson - The Cavs want a return next season
and will take DerMarr Johnson who has as much potential as 'Big Jake'.

#9 Houston - Olumide Oyedeji - They need a power forward and if The
Dream says that Olumide has game then he'll be taken here.

#10 - Orlando - Iakovos Tsakalidis - The Magic are looking to keep cap
space and 'Big Jake' most probably wont be available for a year anyways
so the Magic select him and keep more cap space.

#11 - Boston - Courtney Alexander - I agree with many peoples opinions
on him, if he has changed as a person and the Celtics front office have
confidence in him then he is too talented to pass up.

#12 - Dallas - Mike Miller - The Mavs dont really need another small
forward, but Mike is once again too talented to pass up.

#13 - Orlando - Erick Barkley - The Magic still get the point guard that
they wanted all along with the 13th pick

#14 - Detroit - Mateen Cleaves - The Pistons are desperate for a point
guard and will take the Michigan State champion and hope that he is the
next Mark Jackson. If Hill leaves then Mateen could be the only positive
change to the Pistons team next season.

#15 - Milwaukee - Jerome Moiso - They more than the Celtics lack
talented players who are tall, at least we've got Pot, Antoine, Bat and
Fort (to some extent), they've got Scott Williams, Ervin Johnson and
Tractor Traylor - 'nuff said. Moiso.

#16 - Sacramento - Morris Peterson - With the disappointing Abdul-Wahad
/ Nick Anderson trade last season the Kings are in dire need of help at
two guard so they go with Peterson knowing that he may quite well prove
to be the most talented player left in the draft anyhow.

#17 - Seattle - Keyon Dooling - The Sonics were hoping to give Payton
more minutes at shooting guard in the past season but Shammond Williams
was all that the Sonics could muster at backup point guard, they'll take
Dooling and hope that he proves to be a capable player alongside Payton
in a dual point guard backcourt, even if its only for five to ten
minutes per contest.

#18 - L.A. Clippers - Etan Thomas - While the Clippers decided to go
with Darius Miles at three, they'll want to add someone with some height
at 18 and defensive specialist, Etan Thomas may be the one that they
grab.

#19 - Charlotte - Quentin Richardson - With the unfortunate death of
Bobby Phills last season the Hornets find something similar about Phills
in Richardson making him the 19th pick in the draft.

#20 - Philadelphia - DeShawn Stevenson - The 76ers will attempt to find
a replacement for Larry Hughes in this draft and DeShawn Stevenson seems
to be the type of player who can, for exactly the same reasons that Josh
O mentioned "Hes the type of player who can give you 6 or 7 assists
while he gets his 20 points" - not exact quote, but thats what I
remember him writing..

#21 - Toronto - Speedy Claxton - The Raptors need to draft a point guard
and Claxton is the best one available

#22 - New York - Chris Carrawell - The Knicks need to find a backup at
swing, they go with the Duke product who many believe was one of the top
four or five collegiate players in the past year.

#23 - Utah Jazz - Desmond Mason - the Jazz need to get another swingman
so they go wth Mason who appears to be one of the better all-round
swingmen in the draft.

#24 - Portland (from Chicago) - Ernest Brown - the Blazers need a backup
center so go with the raw abilities that Ernest Brown owns.

#25 - Phoenix - Mamadou N'Diaye - best available big man, perhaps...

#26 - Utah - Jamaal Magliore - need to find a backup at four/five and
Magliore(sp?) fits the bill.

#27 - Indiana - Dalibor Bargaric - best availble big man?

#28 - Portland - one of the Euro centers - already have two first
rounders on their roster for next year (Crawford and Brown) will take a
European or trade the pick, either way the 28th pick in the draft wont
be wearing a Portland jersey next year.

#29 - L.A. Lakers - Donnell Harvey / Michael Redd / Hanno Mottola /
JaRon Rush / Mark Madsen - this really is a crap shoot at 29 - take your
pick of the scraps. I say JaRon Rush because hes the local product.
