The Worriers can only offer him the minimum, so they'd have to do 
the sign and trade thing too. But one thing people should remember,
Fortson after he re-signs will be in the first year of his BYC,
so the C's can only take back half his salary. That means the other club
better have a few millions clear in cap space or be willing to do a
multi-player deal and spread out the extra cap crap among a few
salaries.

PS: Because of BYC,  The C's couldn't do the Mookie and Del Negro deal, 
the ESPN guy babbles about
