Kenny Anderson

A lot has been written about Kenny Anderson on this list, and I must
confess that I'm not sure he is the best fit for the Celtics.  However, he
is far from a total loss.  Monter has a rating of the top point guards in
the NBA, and has rated Kenny as number 12 out of 29.  According to my
limited math skills, that means he is in the top half of point guards in
the league.

The guards listed above him were Payton, Kidd, Marbury, Brandon,Francis,
Cassell, Stockton, Stoudemire, Van Exel, Bibby, and Strickland.
